Cancellation and Refund Policy

At TSG Breeze, we understand that plans change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation and refund policy designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

After Dispatch:

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you can still opt for a return or exchange once it is delivered by referring to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Refund Process

We ensure a smooth refund process once a return or cancellation is approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A refund will be initiated to your bank account. You’ll need to provide your account details at the time of requesting the return.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Products purchased under sale or promotional offers (especially women’s items) are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund, unless damaged or defective.
  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
