Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Items purchased from TSG Breeze are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Free Exchanges – No Questions Asked
Need a different size, color, or product? We offer free exchanges, so you won't be charged anything extra. Simply request an exchange within the 7-day window, and we'll take care of the rest.
Easy Returns & Refunds
We’ve made returns simple and convenient:
- Prepaid Orders: The full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A refund will be processed to your bank account. You’ll be asked to share your account details when initiating the return.
Want to Exchange for a Different Product?
Absolutely! If you'd like to swap your item for something entirely different:
- If the new item costs more, you’ll simply pay the difference.
- If it costs less, the balance will be issued to you as a gift card, which you can use for future purchases.

- Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return. Please check sizing and product details carefully before purchase.
